Ștergerea datelor din aplicația „MEFI CRM Lead Connector” (Meta)

„MEFI CRM Lead Connector” este aplicația prin care companiile care folosesc MEFI CRM își aduc automat în CRM lead-urile din formularele Lead Ads de pe Facebook și Instagram. Aplicația este operată de S.C. LIKE WEB S.R.L. (mefi).

Ce date primim prin aplicație

  • De la companiile care conectează o pagină: identificatorul contului de Facebook al persoanei care face conectarea, lista paginilor selectate și cheile de acces.
  • De la persoanele care completează un formular Lead Ads: câmpurile din formular (de exemplu nume, e-mail, telefon, răspunsuri la întrebări), data trimiterii și identificatorii formularului, ai reclamei și ai paginii.

Folosim aceste date doar ca să creăm lead-ul în contul MEFI CRM al companiei care a publicat reclama. Nu le vindem, nu le folosim în scop propriu și nu le amestecăm între clienți. Pentru datele din formulare, compania este operatorul datelor, iar mefi le prelucrează în numele ei, ca persoană împuternicită.

Ați completat un formular Lead Ads (Facebook sau Instagram) al unei companii care folosește MEFI CRM

  1. Scrieți companiei care a publicat reclama sau la [email protected], cu numele, adresa de e-mail sau numărul de telefon folosite în formular.
  2. Transmitem cererea companiei respective, care este operatorul datelor, și o asistăm la ștergerea lead-ului din MEFI CRM.
  3. Primiți confirmarea pe e-mail în cel mult 30 de zile.

Datele din formulare se șterg și atunci când compania renunță la abonamentul MEFI CRM, în cel mult 30 de zile de la încetarea abonamentului.

Ați conectat o pagină de Facebook la MEFI CRM

  1. Din MEFI CRM: Setări → Integrări → Meta Lead Ads → Pagini și formulare → butonul „Deconectează” de lângă pagina de Facebook, apoi confirmați. Cheia de acces se șterge imediat, iar pagina nu mai trimite lead-uri în CRM.
  2. Din Facebook: Setări și confidențialitate → Setări → Integrări pentru afaceri (facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools) → MEFI CRM Lead Connector → Eliminare. Meta ne trimite automat cererea de ștergere.
  3. Ștergem identificatorul de cont, lista paginilor și cheile de acces în cel mult 30 de zile. La eliminarea din Facebook primiți un cod de confirmare și un link pe meficrm.com unde puteți verifica starea cererii. Lead-urile deja aduse în CRM rămân în contul companiei, care le poate șterge oricând.

Data deletion for the “MEFI CRM Lead Connector” app (Meta)

“MEFI CRM Lead Connector” is the app that lets companies using MEFI CRM bring leads from Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads forms into their CRM automatically. The app is operated by S.C. LIKE WEB S.R.L. (mefi).

What data we receive through the app

  • From companies that connect a Page: the Facebook account ID of the person connecting it, the list of selected Pages and the access tokens.
  • From people who submit a Lead Ads form: the form fields (for example name, email, phone, answers to questions), the submission date and the IDs of the form, ad and Page.

We use this data only to create the lead in the MEFI CRM account of the company that ran the ad. We do not sell it, use it for our own purposes or mix it between customers. For form data, the company is the data controller and mefi processes the data on its behalf, as a data processor.

You submitted a Lead Ads form (Facebook or Instagram) of a company that uses MEFI CRM

  1. Write to the company that ran the ad, or to [email protected], with the name, email address or phone number you used in the form.
  2. We forward the request to that company, which is the data controller, and assist it in deleting the lead from MEFI CRM.
  3. You receive an email confirmation within 30 days at most.

Form data is also deleted when the company ends its MEFI CRM subscription, within 30 days of the subscription ending.

You connected a Facebook Page to MEFI CRM

  1. From MEFI CRM: Settings → Integrations → Meta Lead Ads → Pages and forms → the “Disconnect” button next to the Facebook Page, then confirm. The access token is deleted immediately and the Page stops sending leads to the CRM.
  2. From Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools) → MEFI CRM Lead Connector → Remove. Meta automatically sends us the deletion request.
  3. We delete the account ID, the list of Pages and the access tokens within 30 days at most. When you remove the app from Facebook, you receive a confirmation code and a link on meficrm.com where you can check the status of your request. Leads already brought into the CRM stay in the company’s account, and the company can delete them at any time.
